Logan Village has bigger blocks, acreage properties and homes along the Logan River foreshore. That makes cleaning and property maintenance quite different from busier suburbs closer to Brisbane.

Yes. A large share of our Logan Village work is on bigger blocks and acreage-style properties, which we quote and treat differently from standard suburban jobs.
With more outdoor space, pets and foot traffic, every 6 to 12 months is a good starting point depending on your household.
Given the river and surrounding bushland, we most often deal with termites, rodents and spiders, particularly on properties bordering rural land.
